These Terms of Service govern your use of filipacabecinha.com and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
About: Filipa Cabecinha Art is an independent art business based in Portugal, run by Filipa Cabecinha. All products are original paintings, fine art prints, and custom commissions created by the artist.
Products and pricing: I make every effort to display my paintings and their colors accurately, but actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are listed in EUR and may change without notice, though any change will not affect an order you have already placed. Since most originals are one of a kind, availability is confirmed at checkout.
Orders: Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which I am free to accept or decline, for example if a one-of-a-kind piece sells out before your order is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
Custom commissions: Commissions are based on the photo and details you provide. Full payment is required before work begins, and I will share a quote and estimated timeline (typically around 4 weeks) before starting. Please make sure any photo you submit is one you have the right to use.
Shipping and returns: See the Refund Policy page for details on delivery times, damaged items, and your right of withdrawal.
Intellectual property: All artwork, images, and content on this site are the copyright of Filipa Cabecinha. Purchasing a painting or print gives you ownership of the physical piece, not the right to reproduce, print, or use the image commercially. Please contact me if you would like to license or reproduce an image.
Limitation of liability: The site and its contents are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase, beyond the value of your order.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms: I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
